Enjoying family, nature and life

Disabled people have fun on vacations!
My apologies again for not posting a full post this time. As I shared in my last post, we’re celebrating our 50th anniversary this summer in 3-parts . Part 1 is past: A Celebration of Memories with our family and friends. Part 2 is also past: Camping in Yellowstone with Bill and his wife, their two kids, and a friend. I’m assuming we had a great time (as this is actually being written beforehand.) Part 3 is now: Experiencing camping on the Oregon Coast with our Tom and his wife and their 3 daughters. Wonder if this invisibly disabled vacation worked out?
Note to other dwellers: Take care in planning, and leave room for the unforeseen. You may experience unexpected changes in your abilities.
So, now, we’re enjoying part of life we deem extremely important: spending time with our family (or part of our family anyway).
Note to other dwellers: Beware the trap of letting urgent duties (things that need doing NOW) overpower the important concerns (things that are long term goals and dreams).
As much as we enjoy camping, especially with our sons, daughter-in-laws, and grandchildren, we’re looking forward to being home again. And I’m hoping to have the energy to work on adding new info to different pages on this website. Watch for upcoming changes this fall. The important – Navigating the Storms – will be receiving more time! See you next time!
How do you, as a dweller, make sure the important gets done in your life?
